Vous int\u00e9grez une \u00e9quipe comptable structur\u00e9e (vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas seul(e) !) au sein d&rsquo;une agence \u00e0 taille humaine o\u00f9 l&rsquo;ambiance de travail est conviviale et respectueuse.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">VOS MISSIONS :<\/b> Rattach\u00e9(e) au Responsable Comptable \/ Directeur d&rsquo;Agence, vous g\u00e9rez en autonomie la comptabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un portefeuille d&rsquo;immeubles (Copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Votre quotidien s&rsquo;articule autour de la gestion compl\u00e8te du cycle comptable :<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"7\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Gestion courante :<\/b> Encodage, r\u00e8glement des factures fournisseurs, rapprochements bancaires.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Appels de fonds :<\/b> Pr\u00e9paration et \u00e9mission des appels de fonds (Budget et Travaux).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Cl\u00f4tures :<\/b> Pr\u00e9paration des comptes annuels, r\u00e9gularisation des charges, \u00e9laboration des dossiers pour les Assembl\u00e9es G\u00e9n\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Relationnel :<\/b> Vous \u00eates l&rsquo;interlocuteur privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 des copropri\u00e9taires et des Gestionnaires pour toutes les questions comptables (explications de comptes, suivi des impay\u00e9s niveau 1).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">VOTRE PROFIL :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"9\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Exp\u00e9rience :<\/b> Vous justifiez d&rsquo;une exp\u00e9rience de <b data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"48\">3 ans minimum<\/b> sur un poste similaire en Syndic de Copropri\u00e9t\u00e9.
